Your Personal Brand is the powerful, clear, positive idea that comes to mind whenever other people think of you. It is what you stand for- your values, actions that others associate with you. A great Personal Brand evokes three basic perceptions in the minds of your “target market”:

Course Objectives

This workshop aims to help you understand your uniqueness and build your own early/ mid career/ executive career/ reinvented career Personal Brand. At the end of the workshop, you will be able to:

Special Features
A free career instrument personal profile and report will be given to each participant. Coaching will be rendered before and after the workshop for the purpose of profile interpretation and follow-up on participants’ action plan.  

Trainer(s)

Mr Ng, Boon Hwang

Boon Hwang is currently the Advisor, Career & Attachment Office at Nanyang Technological University. His achievements in NTU have been the starting up of this office, to plan, manage and successfully place around three thousand students to more than 500 companies local and overseas for practical training each year.

He put in place the first Career Centre for NTU five years ago. He was also instrumental in the bringing in and setting up of the first in Asia, Assessment Centre, in an institute of higher learning. With his passion for talent matching, he has introduced to NTU numerous career hardware and software to manage the supply of talents to industry and business. He is certified in Harrison, Emergenetics, Caliper, Worklife & DiSC career profiling tools.

He conducted lectures and workshops on Career Management, Resumes, Interviewing Skills, Personal Branding and coached graduating students and the public in career management strategies.

His career span eight years in the Republic of Singapore Air Force in engineering and command positions, six years in industry, three years as Plant Manager in Intersil and three as Chief Industrial Engineer at Philips, and the rest at NTU. He has keen interest in talent development and management as well as personal branding.

Any individual who wants to understand the dynamics of personal branding and how to leverage this understanding to manage his career more successfully in the company. It will be very useful for individuals who are starting on new challenges or managing career transitions. It is also targeted at entrepreneurs and those who are managing their own companies.
